Fundraising Opportunities
One of the things we value most at VC is providing meaningful fundraising opportunities that help make club volleyball more affordable for our families.
During the 2025–2026 season, our athletes raised a total of $47,893, with 100% of all funds earned applied directly to team dues.

Youth ProgramList Item 1
Athletes can participate in our youth program by coaching (for VC athletes ages 16+), refereeing, or scorekeeping. During the 2025–2026 season, athletes working within the youth program earned up to $1,350 toward their dues.

TryoutsList Item 2
VC athletes ages 15 and older have the opportunity to assist with our 14-and-under tryouts. Responsibilities may include athlete check-in, distributing t-shirts, assisting with drills, and helping staff ensure tryouts run smoothly.

Player Assistant CoachingList Item 3
We offer a limited number of Player Assistant Coaching positions for select 17- and 18-year-old VC athletes. Depending on the team and level of commitment, these positions can reduce dues by approximately $1,000–$3,000.

Monday Night Football SquaresList Item 4
Our Monday Night Football Squares fundraiser is a fun way for families to involve friends and relatives while earning money toward dues. Last season, the athlete who sold the most squares earned $457 toward her fees.

Operation Player Assist (OPA)
OPA provides an opportunity for friends, family members, and community supporters to contribute directly toward an athlete’s volleyball expenses. It is a great way for supporters to invest in the success and growth of VC athletes. Last season, our highest-earning athlete raised $1,250 through OPA.
By taking advantage of multiple fundraising opportunities, athletes may be able to cover a significant portion — or even all — of their team fees. All fundraising earnings are applied directly to the individual VC athlete participating in the program.
We are always open to new fundraising ideas as we continue working to make club volleyball as affordable and accessible as possible for our families.
