Learn from three accomplished collegiate athletes: Danielle Hart, an AVCA All-American middle blocker, 2023 U.S. Women's National Team member, and professional volleyball player; Liz Gregorski, an outside hitter and defensive specialist who was part of three Final Four teams and a national championship team; and Shanel Bramschreiber, a libero, 2020 Big 12 Libero of the Year, and Big 12 and Big Ten champion.
Built around simplifying the game, this camp will help athletes develop stronger fundamentals, more efficient movement, and greater confidence through focused instruction in passing, defense, out-of-system setting, attacking, and serving.
Through technical instruction, competitive drills, game-like training, live play, and individualized feedback, players will learn not just how to execute skills, but why they work—and how to make adjustments to keep improving. Expect challenging, high-energy training in a fun and supportive environment, with the opportunity to learn from coaches who have competed at the highest levels of collegiate, professional, and international volleyball.
The camp will conclude with a Q&A session, camp photos, signed posters, and a chance to see championship rings up close! Spots are limited to maintain a high-quality coaching environment and allow for individualized instruction and feedback. Register early to secure your spot!
More About the Camp and Coaches Danielle Hart, Liz Gregorski, and Shanel Bramschreiber
Each coach brings a unique position-specific perspective and an impressive collegiate résumé. Danielle Hart played middle blocker at Wisconsin for 6 years, earning AVCA All-American honors, 4 Big Ten championships, 3 Final Four appearances, and the 2021 NCAA National Championship. She was also a team captain, member of the 2023 U.S. Women's National Team, and professional player with the Omaha Supernovas and Athletes Unlimited. Liz Gregorski, an outside hitter and defensive specialist, competed at Wisconsin and Kansas State and was part of three Final Four teams, a national championship team, and four Big Ten championship teams. Shanel Bramschreiber, a libero, competed at Baylor and Wisconsin, winning a Big 12 championship in 2019 and a Big Ten championship in 2022. She was also named the 2020 Big 12 Libero of the Year and earned AVCA Southwest All-Region First Team honors.
This camp is built around simplifying the game into repeatable movements. Athletes will learn the techniques, mechanics, and decision-making skills that help them play with greater confidence, consistency, and efficiency.
Passing with Liz Gregorski (OH/DS): Learn the art of a great pass by breaking down platform angles, body positioning, footwork, and movement patterns. Athletes will develop the tools to read the game, move efficiently to the ball, and become more consistent and confident passers.
Defense and Out-of-System Setting with Shanel Bramschreiber (Libero): Learn from an award-winning libero as you expand your defensive range, pursue difficult balls, and develop the skills to keep rallies alive in challenging situations. Athletes will also work on out-of-system setting, learning how to better the ball and put hitters in better situations.
Attacking and Serving with Danielle Hart (Middle Blocker): Break down the mechanics behind a powerful, effective attack, from approach footwork and body positioning to arm swing mechanics, hand contact, and shot selection. We will teach the key aspects that maintain a healthy shoulder for a longer career. Athletes will also work on serving technique, consistency, and the ability to put pressure on opponents from the service line.
Throughout the camp, players will be challenged to think about volleyball at a deeper level. Rather than focusing on reps alone, we will emphasize understanding why techniques work, how to make adjustments, bring awareness to movements, and how to transfer those skills into practices and matches. Through technical instruction, competitive drills, game-like training, and live play, athletes will develop stronger fundamentals, better ball control, and greater confidence executing under pressure.
Our goal is for every athlete to leave with a deeper understanding of the game, practical tools they can continue to apply long after camp ends, and the confidence to take their game to the next level—all in a high-energy, supportive, and fun environment.
The camp will conclude with a Q&A session, camp photos, and an opportunity to receive signed posters, connect with the coaches, and see championship rings up close! Spots are limited to maintain a high-quality coaching environment and allow for individualized instruction and feedback. Register early to secure your spot!
