Pre-Evaluations
Athletes invited to Elite Open Gyms DO NOT need to attend pre-evaluations and can register for travel tryouts when they open.
Pre-evaluations give our coaching staff an opportunity to see athletes ahead of tryouts and help place them in the appropriate tryout session and level for the upcoming club season. This allows us to better organize tryouts and ensure players are being evaluated in the most appropriate group.
Following pre-evaluations, some Black and Gold team offers may appear in the RMR portal when it opens on July 9, but not all offers will be posted at that time.
Regardless of whether an offer appears in the portal, athletes should plan to attend the tryout session they are assigned based on their evaluation so our staff can complete the team selection process.

Age group is based on how old your athlete is on July 1, 2027.
Age Breakdown
- 18s → Born on/after July 1, 2008
- 17s → Born on/after July 1, 2009
- 16s → Born on/after July 1, 2010
- 15s → Born on/after July 1, 2011
- 14s → Born on/after July 1, 2012
- 13s → Born on/after July 1, 2013
- 12s → Born on/after July 1, 2014
- 11s → Born on/after July 1, 2015
